Reviews

I have no idea why they didn't keep Faith because she was good, story between her and hank was good and i think Hank should be with her at the end, and 7th season would be different way much more better than the original, the original is just really suck. Hank finally found someone he could love and could love him back, and they understood each other, and she was his hammer, he just needed her in his life.

When I nearly gave up on US TV shows Showtime came along with Dexter and Californication. The latter is one of the rare TV experiences where after every episode you long for more.

I have watched the whole series twice now and must say there are a few things to take note of regarding the characterizations.Self Loathing is a part of this story, but the writers seemingly choose to place Hank Moody at the center of this description when you watch this series, however, that isn't entirely true.

The early seasons are great. It's like a live action Archer if he was a writer instead of a spy.

Hank states that 1994 was a good year because he met Karen and Becca was born. In season 1, I believe, Karen was crying because she just saw the news on t.

First of all can't understand so many low ratings(maybe coz of the first season), give this series time and you will love it, It's totally unrealistic but you won't care much about that, the conversations are amazing and the closest show to this is concept is maybe Two and a half men, but this is better according to me. Hank is super cool and if you're a guy watching this you're bound to be envious of his lifestyle.

First season is brilliant start to finish (my score: 9). Second season is not as good, but still great (my score: 8).

"Californication" was, for awhile, a good show. On the (rather large) surface, it was about sex, drugs and rock'n roll, about Hollywood lifestyle of the most degenerate kind.

I dont know when I first watched the show, but a few years have passed since then. Back then my brother recommended it to me and he told me that it is like a mix between "American Pie" for adults and "Sex and the City" for men.
