Based on the German film "Wings of Desire" (1987), Seth (Nicolas Cage) is an angel. They can't feel, taste, be touched, or seen.
Another OK film. The concept is interesting.
I started watching this on TV but gave up after one hour. The whole thing was just weird, Meg Ryan meets a strange man in the middle of the the night in the empty corridors of a hospital and has a chat.
In 2020 I would rather watch this movie for the tenth time than watch silly shallow romance movies of these days, this movie touch the the soul and heart, every time I feel I want a reminder of meaning of life I watch this movie.
This movie is a priceless work of art: the script, cast, soundtrack, cinematography.. everything!
I think this is my 1st review, but this movie has left me speechless, the story is so perfect and it is not only a love story but also a movie that gives you a deep moment that makes you appreciate life even more. Immediately after I ended the movie I went and took a warm shower and it felt so different after this story.
