Architect Mike Brady (Robert Reed) is a widower with three boys. Carol (Florence Henderson) is also a widower with three girls.
Who wouldn't have wanted to have lived in that Groovy, three story house (counting an attic that expanded to a full-size room) somehow tucked into a split-level exterior? Who wouldn't have wanted to have owned all those Groovy clothes that somehow always were up to date and never got handed down from one kid to the younger sibling?
I started watching that show on Hallmark Channel and TV Land when I was 11 years old and I loved the show my favorite part is Cindy's school play. Today Children watch the show on MeTV.
This was a sitcom that became a household name in reruns, after it was already canceled. It was innocent fun from a different time, very tame by modern standards, and did not bother with heavy topics.
First off, I must say, the Brady kids are very adorable. My favorite characters are Marcia and Greg---Marcia because she and I are both typical teenage girls, obsessed with boys and all that, and we both share the same birth date!
Family favourite as a child. Marcia was my childhood crush and role model.
A year ago I would've said a six out of ten but my Show taste has grown some more and I realize this wasn't as good as people remember it to be. The show revolves around a man named Mike Brady who's wife has died and lives with 3 boys, and Carole Martin who is a widow who has three girls.
People giving this terrible reviews obviously have some kind of agenda, this is never going to be a hard hitting dram, that's not what it's trying to be! It's good clean family fun that you can watch with kids of any age!
A memorable family sit com. Two merged families with 6 kids makes for situational comedy.
