To date, the X-Men have had four animated incarnations on TV.The first was 1989's " Pryde of the X-Men "(unless you count some sporadic appearances of X-Men characters in episodes of " Spiderman & His Amazing Friends ", from the early 1980's).
Wolverine and the X-Men is one of the most divisive adaptations of Marvel's X-Men ever, loosely tying into the 2009 X-Men Origins: Wolverine Movie. Some fans love it for adding in newer elements of the mythos and being darker in tone than the first two cartoons, others dislike it for the overt focus on Wolverine, odd alterations from the mainstream canon and being gratuitously dark.
What a fantastic story line. Absolutely thoroughly enjoyed every episode of this series.
This cartoon really isn't impressive and anybody who doesn't agree is a Wolverine fan. Wolverine AND HIS X-Men as I call it is all about Logan.
I caught a screening of the first three episodes of "Wolverine & the X-Men" at this year's Comic Con and although my expectations for the series were quite low, I found myself pleasantly surprised. I shouldn't give away too much, but I will say that despite being aimed primarily at children, "Wolverine & the X-Men" deals with some adult issues that will make the show appeal to an older audience while still being appropriate for the little ones.
Just finished it. I'm mad I never watched it from start to finish 10 years ago!!
OK, so when I saw that television was going to do yet ANOTHER X-Men series I thought OK, Ill check it out. I just finished watching the preview on YTV a few moments ago.

So, this morning I watched the first episode of Wolverine and the Xmen. I was like, alright, Xmen Evoltuion was cool, I'll give this a shot.
