Achim Scarlat is an indie director, producer, writer and actor living in Bucharest, Romania. He started writing at the age of 9 and, by the time he was age 11, he had written two novels and was making short films such as Evil and Elaborate Plan to Take Over The Galaxy and Wrench Massacre. He started work on his first feature film, Runover, when he was in the sixth grade, but never completed the project. In 2012, he announced his second movie length production, I Know Your Browser History, which is scheduled for release in November 2013.
