Alex Jones (born February 11, 1974) is an US-American radio host and filmmaker, best known for his work dealing with conspiracy theories.
Was first as a talk radio host in Austin, Texas, USA when the station was bought by a conglomerate. Alex Jones has since joined a non-conglomerate owned radio network called GCN.
His father is a dentist.
Briefly attended Austin Community College following his graduation from high school.
Ran for state representative of Texas in House District 48 which covers Austin, Texas, as a Republican. Jones ran to be a watchdog on the inside, but terminated his campaign after polls showed he had little chance of winning the Republican nomination.
