Older sister of John Mills.

Aunt of Hayley Mills , Juliet Mills and Jonathan Mills.

Pianist, scriptwriter and singer. A former dancer, she was forced to retire from dancing due to war injuries received in 1939. In 1940 she created "Muffin the Mule" with Ann Hogarth and in 1950 created "Prudence Kitten" (designed by George Fry). She also wrote Muffin story books which were illustrated by her daughter Molly/Mollie Blake.

Sister-in-law of Mary Hayley Bell.

Grandmother of actress Susie Blake , who is currently playing "Bev Unwin" on "Coronation Street" on British television.
