Anniek and her boyfriend Ren van Zinnicq Bergman expecting their first child in May 2007.

As an actress, Anniek is committed to the National Theatre in Den Haag, The Netherlands.
She studied at "de Theaterschool" in Amsterdam, where she graduated in 2000.
Her breakthrough role was when she took on the role of Iris de Haas in the popular drama series Westenwind.
