Biography

She was educated at Cheadle County Grammar School for Girls during which time she appeared in the National Youth Theatre's production of Ben Johnson's 'Bartholemew Fair' gaining acclaim for her role as Fat Urs. She then trained to be a teacher at Goldsmiths, University of London but turned to acting in repertory.

Lives in Hurstpierpoint where she the patron of the local drama group The Hurstpierpoint Players.

Bought the rights to E.M. Delafields Diary of a Provincial Ladyand adapted it as a self financed one woman show at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival then toured with it.
