He is Artistic Director of the Cleveland Shakespeare Festival.

Larry was Artistic Director of the Cleveland Shakespeare Festival from 1999-2009. He was a company member of Sunshine Too in Rochester, NY from 1991-1993, an actor/teacher with Great Lakes Theatre Festival from 1993-1995, and a company member of Cleveland Signstage from 1996-1999.
He has been teaching American Sign Language at Cleveland State University and Kent State University since 2008.
