Biography

British actor Nathan Head is best known for his leading roles in the films Theatre Of Fear and Exorcist Chronicles, Theatre Of Fear entered the Asda UK DVD charts at number 19 and Exorcist Chronicles gained a lot of recognition in America upon its release via Time Warner Cable. Both films received fantastic reviews from publications such as Silver Screen magazine, Scream Magazine and Rue Morgue magazine as well as being featured in all the mainstream press from The Guardian to Fangoria, Exorcist Chronicles' popularity even led to Nathan Head appearing on the BBC to talk about his love for the horror genre and his years of experience in acting in horror prosthetics, creature makeup and special effects makeup. Nathan Head originally trained in Manchester, where he took acting classes at the Actors Centre and attended regular acting workshops while working in local independence productions and fringe theatre to help build up his credits and establish himself as a professional performer on the entertainment scene. In 2008 Nathan starred in the five-star comedy play Battered Egos at the Salford Arts Theatre, the recognition from this performance led to Nathan being cast as Raymond Korkinsky in The Archangel Murders which was labelled "British independent film at it's best" and rated five stars by leading movie magazine Gorezone. The film became an overnight success and got a limited UK cinema release supporting Someone's Knocking At The Door over the 2009 hallowe'en weekend as well as having scenes broadcast on Sky TV and later being shown at The Festival De Cannes in 2010.

Worked with the Jim Henson s Creature Shop during their UK gallery tour.

Was to appear in the 2000 series of "Robot Wars" with his father and sister under the team name "The Head Bangers" and even went as far as signing the agreement a year before with Mentorn, but the robot was never completed in time. Thirteen years later, Nathan Head went on to narrate "Robot Wars: Battling On", a documentary covering the TV show and its evolution into a live arena event.

Is fifth cousin, twice removed to Mike Thomas.
