Born in Rochester, Kent in England. Lived in the UK until 8 years old before moving with his family to Barbados.
Raff now lives in Toronto, Canada where he started his acting career.
Raffs extended family includes David Lan CBE, noted playwright and anthropologist who has been the Artistic Director of the Young Vic in London, UK for over a decade. Also Jim Starlin, graphic novelist and creator of Thanos, the super villain in a string of Marvels latest movies including The Avengers, Thor and Guardians of the Galaxy.
